JOB DESCRIPTION: The Bella SPCA Veterinary Assistant position is responsible for assisting in multiple aspects of the clinic. Duties include but are not limited to; cleaning exam rooms after a client and pet depart, ensuring clinic floors are free of debris and dirt, caring for animals in boarding/hospitalization, answering phones, assisting clients and pets to and from their vehicle, etc.

JOB DESCRIPTION: The Bella SPCA Veterinary Hospital receptionist is responsible for being the first point of contact for clients entering the clinic. In addition to providing excellent customer service and ensuring that front desk operations run smoothly, the receptionist will act as the primary greeter when a client enters the waiting room with their pet, alert the appropriate technician or veterinarian of the client’s arrival, and process the client’s payment after the appointment.
